1. Product Selection & Delivery

We will provide the Creator with a product catalogue or website link. The Creator may select one product from the available options. The selected product will be shipped to the address provided by the Creator.

2. Content Creation

After receiving the product, the Creator will produce agreed promotional content, which may include:

• Product review
• Product demonstration/showcase
• Lifestyle or creative promotional content
• Other mutually agreed video formats

3. Raw Footage & Editing

Depending on our agreement, the Creator may either:

• Edit and provide the final video, or
• Provide the original/raw video footage to us for editing.

4. Content Approval

The final video will be reviewed and finalized by both parties before being published. Any reasonable corrections or adjustments should be completed before posting.

5. Instagram Collaboration Post

Once the content is finalized, the video will be uploaded on Instagram as a Collab Post between our brand and the Creator's Instagram account. The Creator agrees to accept the collaboration request.

6. Instagram Story

A few days after the collaboration post goes live, the Creator will share the content/product on their Instagram Story and mention/tag our official Instagram account. The exact posting date may be mutually coordinated.

7. Advertising & Usage Rights

By participating in this collaboration, the Creator grants our brand permission to use the approved content for promotional and advertising purposes, including Meta advertising on Facebook and Instagram.

This permission includes the right to use the Creator's approved video, image, voice, appearance and associated content for the agreed advertising campaign.

8. Content Usage

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the brand may repost the approved collaboration content on its own social media channels and use it for promotional purposes.

9. Product & Collaboration Commitment

Once the product has been dispatched specifically for this collaboration, the Creator is expected to complete the mutually agreed content deliverables within the agreed timeline.

10. Mutual Agreement

Any additional requirements—including the number of videos, posting dates, content format, advertising duration, exclusivity or additional compensation—will be mutually agreed upon before the collaboration begins.
